    Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor communication I purchased this product online on a Sunday afternoon. after 3 days I had received no communication about my order. I did not know if it went through was rejected or whatever, absolutely no after the online purchase communication. I finally called and they said it was a good order and would ship shortly. The product was exactly what I expected but expected a lot better customer service buying factory direct and paid a premium purchase price for that option without the better service April 1, 2013
